Very rude. I asked for mode of payment and she offered 2 options. She does not even know how to use the other option (western union). I (the customer), adjusted and even helped what information she needs for me to be able to pay her. After all the questions I asked (for me to be able to get the details from her), she even had the nerve to tell me that she is only getting 100 for this transaction anyway. Customer service was very poor.
